REFUND POLICY

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• Contact VANNON before sending parts back 
• The return must be received by VANNON within 30 days of purchase. 
• The returned item must be uninstalled and in new condition. 
• All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee per package.
• All returns require the customer to pay shipping charges back to VANNON.
