Return & Exchange Policy

REFUND POLICY

  • Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
  • Contact info@vannon.com before sending parts back 
  • The return must be received by VANNON within 30 days of purchase. 
  • The returned item must be uninstalled and in new condition. 
  • All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee per package.
  • All returns require customer to pay shipping charges back to VANNON. 

CANCELED ORDERS

All canceled orders that did not ship will be changed a non refundable 3% credit card processing fee. We get charged this fee when your orders is placed, if you change your mind we pass this charge onto you. We do not get a refund when we credit your account back. 


REFUNDS

After receiving the returned item, VANNON will credit the customer's account for the original purchase price minus the 20% restocking fee. VANNON will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete unless that order is classified as undeliverable and returned to VANNON. VANNON will not re-ship any order that is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete.
