GENERAL PROMO CODE POLICY

From time to time, VANNON may offer promotional codes that provide discounts or special offers on eligible purchases. Each promo code is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, including (but not limited to) applicable products, order minimums, expiration dates, and usage limits.

Please review the details of each individual promotion carefully, as requirements and restrictions may vary by offer. Promo codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively to prior purchases.

BRAND EXCLUSIONS

Unless otherwise stated in the offer terms, promo codes and promotional discounts do not apply to prestige brands. Excluded brands include, but are not limited to:

Additional Restrictions

Promotional codes are not valid on taxes, shipping charges, or other non-discountable items unless explicitly stated. Offers may not be combined with other discounts or promotions. VANNON reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Generally, we do not offer express shipping through our online store, and you won’t see expedited options at checkout. However, if you have a situation where you absolutely need your order faster, we’re happy to try our best to accommodate an express shipment. Please note that express shipping is not guaranteed, and availability depends on product stock, carrier schedules, final destination, and timing.

How to request expedited shipping

For the fastest service, use the online chat on our website to reach us immediately during posted business hours. You can also email us—just be ready with:

  • Your shipping address
  • The exact items you want to purchase and quantities
  • The date and approximate time you need the items delivered

We’ll quickly confirm whether the items are in stock and let you know:

  • If express shipping is possible
  • What the upgraded shipping cost would be

How ordering works if express shipping is approved

  • We’ll provide a same-day quote for the expedited shipping fee
  • If you want to proceed, you’ll place the order online immediately with the standard shipping costs (we cannot honor quotes or shipping time frames past the same business day)
  • We’ll send an invoice for the difference in shipping costs that can be paid online through our online store
  • Once the invoice is paid in full, we will ship your order as soon as possible

Additional Notes

  • We’ll always do our best to accommodate express requests, but we apologize if we’re unable to make it happen
  • Be sure to check product descriptions on the website —if an item has a backorder or turnaround time, we do our best to include that information so you can make an informed purchase

CANCELED ORDERS

All canceled orders that did not ship will be charged a non refundable 3% credit card processing fee. We get charged this fee when your orders is placed regardless if the order is shipped. If you change your mind, we pass this charge onto you. We do not get a refund when we credit your account back. 

REFUNDS

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Contact info@vannon.com before sending parts back 
  • The return must be received by VANNON within 30 days of purchase. 
  • The returned item must be uninstalled and in new condition. 
  • All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee per package.
  • All returns require customer to pay shipping charges back to VANNON
  • Original shipping charges are not refundable

After receiving the returned item, VANNON will credit the customer's account for the original purchase price minus the 20% restocking fee. VANNON will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete unless that order is classified as undeliverable and returned to VANNON
