DVA Mechanics DeckSpan™ Universal Roof Panel
DeckSpan™ Universal Aluminum Roof Deck Panel is a structural flat deck panel purpose-built for converting any roof rack into a walkable, gear-ready platform by DVA Mechanics. Machined from 5mm formed aluminum with integrated tie-down slots and L-Track cut-outs running through the full panel, it mounts to virtually any crossbar or roof rack system and gives you solid, load-ready decking wherever you need it.
Three panels laid edge-to-edge span the full width of a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter rack at 58.5" of continuous flat decking — no awkward gaps to design around. Run them front-to-back for a complete walkway, or space them to clear A/C units, fans, solar, and vents while keeping solid footing where it counts. At 5mm formed aluminum, these panels are a meaningful step up from the 3/16" decking common on the market — rigid enough to hold flat and resist bow and bend underfoot.
