DVA Mechanics LoadSpan™ Load-Spreading Roof Rails

LoadSpan™ is a full-length, load-spreading roof rail system designed for 2019–present Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans, including 144", 170", and 170" Extended wheelbases. Engineered as a rigid, front-to-back structural backbone, LoadSpan™ distributes roof loads evenly across the entire Sprinter roofline to reduce point stress and improve stability while driving.

Unlike OEM Sprinter roof rails or segmented aftermarket roof rail systems that can flex under load and concentrate force near individual mounting points, LoadSpan™ resists localized bending and spreads forces across multiple factory roof hard points simultaneously. This results in more predictable handling, improved vibration resistance, and better long-term durability for roof-mounted cargo, racks, and accessories.

A continuous, integrated native L-Track channel runs the full length of each rail, allowing direct mounting of standard L-Track accessories without adapters while also supporting M6 and M8 slider hardware for crossbars, roof racks, solar panels, awnings, cargo boxes, ladder racks, and camper van accessories. LoadSpan™ installs directly to factory roof hard points with no drilling required and can be fully removed.
