Sales Account Representative

Location: San Luis Obispo, CA

Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Pay: $22 - $28 per hour (Based on experience), plus commission (after probationary period)

Schedule: 9/80 Work Schedule (Every other Friday off)

  • Week 1: Monday - Thursday (7:00 AM – 4:30 PM), Friday (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)

  • Week 2: Monday - Thursday (7:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Sales Account Representative to serve as the first point of contact for both individual clients and business partners. This role combines customer service, sales, project support, and vendor coordination — ensuring that every client and partner interaction reflects the premium VANNON standard.


Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist walk-in clients with questions about custom van builds, parts, and services.

  • Respond to phone and email inquiries, providing accurate information and a premium customer experience.

  • Support potential customers in understanding build options, timelines, and proposals.

  • Manage B2B customer service by maintaining strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.

  • Create and deliver build sheets and proposals promptly and professionally.

  • Coordinate purchasing, receiving, and inventory for ongoing projects.

  • Provide backup support to Pack & Ship and Marketing Departments.

  • Run errands and provide operational support to the team as needed.

  • Be included in the Drivers Insurance Program and assist with moving/managing client vehicles.



Qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills with experience in client-facing roles.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.

  • Organizational ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

  • Previous experience in sales, purchasing, inventory, or account management preferred.

  • Comfort working in both B2C (customer-facing) and B2B (vendor-facing) environments.

  • Proficiency with digital tools, spreadsheets, and basic business software.

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

  • Positive attitude, reliability, and a collaborative team mindset.
